It’s like the first day of school! This is when you will meet with ​your fellow learners who will be your ride for the next 4-6 ​weeks. We will also review the curriculum, set expectations, ​and send you home with a little homework.

The first session of this course tries to answer mainly the ​“Why” and the “What” questions. We’ll start the session by ​asking what is SaaS, what is PaaS & Cloud, and ​why/how/where ServiceNow helps, and what is ServiceNow ​is all about (and also what it isn’t). Then we’ll address any ​questions, dilemmas, and considerations (i.e., what option ​should I choose, and why) about ServiceNow Administrator ​ro Developer, which are important to anyone planning to ​start thier career in ServiceNow or improving an existing ​ServiceNow role. Finally, we’ll look at the bigger picture and ​see how ServiceNow Admin and Developer is related to the ​other and Architecture of ServiceMesh.
